| Though we are based in Fulton County, Georgia, we can handle any Georgia divorce in any county throughout the state. The typical beginning retainer for a contested divorce is $5,000.00, which purchases twenty (20) hours of Ms. Hinson's time, though the retainer may vary according to your circumstances. The fee for an Uncontested Divorce is $499.00 without children and $699.00 with children plus the filing fee for your county. The filing fees are outlined for you when you begin the process of completing the Divorce Questionnaire. The fees usually range from $78.00 to $90.00.
