Ms. Hinson is an honor graduate of Georgia State College of Law and was the only student chosen to receive the Cali Award of Excellence for Family Law in her graduating class. She has successfully appealed domestic cases to the Georgia Supreme Court, creating a new law in the State of Georgia. Now in her thirteenth year of practice and having entered law school after a trying divorce of her own, Ms. Hinson offers a perspective that few divorce attorneys can bring to your experience - a desire to quickly resolve the issues while asserting all of your legal rights. Ms. Hinson respects each individual and desires to aid in the individual through the difficult process of divorce. She is licensed to practice in every county in the State of Georgia and is a member of the Gwinnett County Bar Association, North Fulton Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
